Solid Ground Sales, LLC

We buy and sell vacant property across the United States. We are a small corporate office located in Lakewood Ranch, FL with about 35 employees. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

We are looking for an internal Property Appraiser to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility for this position is to work with our sales team to evaluate and price vacant real estate so the sales team can make a fair offer.

This is all done virtually using different software programs and local county GIS programs.


There are no license requirements and we will provide all training.
We start everyone at $18.00 an hour +
Bonus for purchased property. After a few weeks you should be making $ to $ a week on average.


Skills Required:
Great with numbers

Highly attentive to detail

Ability to work in an open cubicle environment 8hrs per day

Coachable with the ability to learn new skills
