    Description
    System Soft Technologies is seeking a Network Architect for a contract-to-hire role with our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will be onsite for the first few weeks and then transition to a hybrid schedule.


    Position Overview:


    As a Network Architect, your expertise in network design, Cisco equipment, Meraki equipment, and extensive industry experience will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to gather network requirements and assess existing infrastructures.
    Design and architect scalable and secure network solutions tailored to meet our business needs.
    Develop comprehensive network diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans.
    Configure and optimize Cisco, Meraki and other network equipment, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
    Perform network capacity planning and recommend hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
    Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and recommend network solutions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    10-15 years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
    Strong expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cradlepoint and Mitel Equipment.
    Preferably holds a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
    In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and other network technologies.
