We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Trainee (M/F/d) to join our team in Williamstown, KY.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company to the next level and directly impacting our success.

This is a 14-month fast-track finance program designed for recent graduates and young professionals at the beginning of their career.

You will have the opportunity to work in four different teams, including core finance functions such as Controlling, Accounting, and Corporate Finance, as well as placements with an international finance team and a business team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building a network and gaining international work experience while developing an understanding of crossfunctional finance processes
Receiving guidance from a mentor to navigate the trainee program and set learning goals for each placement

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A desire to gain a solid understanding of multiple functions within the CFO department
A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field of study
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and some experience with data analytics and finance systems
Strong financial, analytical, and problemsolving skills, as well as a structured and agile approach to work
Previous experience in project management, preferably in an international setting, and excellent communication skills
Proactivity, reliability, and a strong focus on achieving goals
Fluency in English and German, with
