Your Responsibilities:

Lead and take responsibility for service delivery to our global accounts. Ensure the delivery of contracted services and strategically develop our Global Account Delivery units (service management and delivery teams).
Manage, motivate, and develop assigned team members to ensure successful and resultsoriented task completion while also fostering their personal growth.
Continuously develop our service offerings for global accounts and strategically plan for longterm growth.
