    Are you good with puzzles? Are you a good multi-tasker? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others? Home Instead in Boerne, TX is actively seeking a Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team and our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults in our community.

    As a Service Coordinator, you will work to ensure all of our clients receive the highest level of care by matching not only skill required by the client to our caregivers but ensuring a strong personality match as well.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Reflect the values of Texas Hill Country Care, LLC (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).Create and maintain client and Caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
    Design, test and implement a responsive contingency plan that ensures 100% maintenance of Service Hours.
    Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care. Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Caregiver activity utilizing the software system.
    Follow up with all client and Caregiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved. Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the software system.
    Increase client loyalty to Home Instead by utilizing the consultative sales process to better meet our current client needs.
    Follow up and communicate Caregiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved.

    Maintain quality assurance reports to ensure effective scheduling, high quality care, client and caregiver satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours.

    Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Caregivers, clients and family members. Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.

    Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.


    Education and Experience Requirements:
    Experience with fast-pace and multi-tasking work environment preferredHealthcare experience preferredOne year of scheduling/staffing experience preferredComputer literate with Excel experience requiredCompletion of a satisfactory background check and pre-employment drug screenMust live in or near the Boerne, TX area (within an hour)
