For our client, we are looking for a Financial Controller*in in Vollzeit (m/w/d) in Würzburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring monthly closing processes in project controlling (inventory, margins)
  • Preparation of monthly closing documents (SIG) and explanation during result review
  • Verification of the accuracy of SAP data loaded into the systems (inventory, working hours, margin) for projects
  • Tracking and verifying the accuracy of other indicators (KPI, TimeCalendar, Capex)
  • Conducting monthly sales forecast meetings with specific tracking of risks and opportunities
  • Participation in liquidity forecast, sales forecast, budgeting, and business processes
  • Updating the budget and financial instruments/indicators during the year (Capex, invoicing, etc.)
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents for audits and other administrative controls
  • Serving as an alert
