With 140 workshops - 26 in Germany and others in 18 countries - we maintain and repair trailers and commercial vehicles together with 3,000 colleagues and offer other industry-specific services.

For our continued growth, we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager (m/w/d) at our location in 06188 Landsberg.

The BOM is responsible for their respective location in collaboration with interfaces, with a lot of creative freedom and a strong leadership personality.

They operate successfully in the market with their motivated team and achieve their own sales goals and projects.

This includes systematic and good relationship management with existing customers, as well as the technical, organizational, administrative, and personnel management of the branch.

The BOM reports to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) and manages and leads the team of Fleet Controllers on site.

In this position, the BOM plays a significant role in further expanding the rental business of the entire company group.

They also represent our company externally and are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the branch, including sales and administration.
