    Description

    ARIAS
    is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who is fueled by passion and purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are at the forefront of our industry.

    The primary focus of this role involves mastering our client service process for our existing base of 2,000 businesses, as well as nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

    As you become well-versed in training and guiding your team members, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, honing your skills using our established systems and procedures.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 for the first year's average earnings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support the existing client portfolio.
    • Explore new business opportunities within a B2B context.
    • Supervise team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Consistently report on field activities using a CRM based on Salesforce.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.·Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.·Adept at functioning well in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments.·Dedication to assisting individuals and building relationships.·Exceptional time management and organizational skills.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community involvement is valued.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is required prior to advancement.
