Our team is building a fleet of autonomous agricultural equipment, to enable faster, cheaper, and more efficient farming around the clock, anywhere in the world.
We are looking for new team members to deliver the future of agriculture.Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential customers for autonomous agricultural technology products and services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Actively pursue leads, generate sales opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of agricultural technology solutions to prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers and farmer customers.
Provide personalized support and consultation to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and product enhancement.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and applications of agricultural autonomous technology services.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients regarding the integration, implementation, and usage of technology solutions.
Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant data using CRM software.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing, payment processing, and financial transactions related to sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and agribusiness operations.
Familiarity with agricultural technology solutions such as precision agriculture, farm management software, IoT devices, drones, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
