    Finance Manager
    Orange, Los Angeles
    $82,500 - $100,000 + Annual Bonus
    Hybrid Working

    Are you an experienced accountant with the capability to effectively lead a small team? Would the opportunity to work for an organisation helping to fight turn the tide against e-waste give you a sense of further purpose to your work? If so then our client wants to speak with you


    Key duties:
    Providing effective leadership to a small team comprising of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    Lead on the implementation of the financial management strategy
    Manage the smooth running of the finance function ensuring invoicing, payments and income SLA's are being met
    Analyse current processes and identify efficiency opportunities
    Compile financial analysis and reports to assist senior stakeholders with key decision making
    Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met


    Experience you will need:
    Previous experience of managing a small team of finance professionals
    A strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory reporting requirements
    Strong technical skills on MS Excel, experience with Quickbooks or MS Dynamics would be advantageous but not essential
    Minimum bachelors qualification in a finance/accounting related field
