For over 900 years, the Order of St. John has seen the care and healing of the sick as a special task. The Johanniter Hospital in Stendal, a specialized hospital and academic teaching hospital of the University of Magdeburg, is currently seeking a part-time or full-time (40 hours/week) Resident Physician for Radiooncology (m/f/d) in Stendal.

Our modern radiooncology department (large outpatient clinic with over 1200 patients per year and 7 beds) is equipped with the latest generation linear accelerator from Varian (True Beam) as well as a Siemens Oncor linear accelerator (IMRT-capable). In addition, we operate an afterloading unit and an X-ray therapy facility. All modern radiation therapy procedures are performed here using the Varian Eclipse planning system and imaging with a 60-line CT (image fusion with diagnostic CT, MRI, and PET).

Regular further training is provided through interdisciplinary oncology conferences, breast center meetings, morbidity conferences, and more.
