Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team

Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start?

Are you looking to learn the real estate industry from the inside out on your way to becoming a thriving agent?

Compensation:

$20 hourly + closing bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Communicate with clients and potential clients
Schedule showing appointments
Attend showings
Provide prompt showing feedback
Attending home inspections, preclosing walkthroughs, and closings
The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through the closing

Qualifications:

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification
