Overview
Our esteemed client's Hi-tech Business Unit is in search of a dynamic Client Partner to oversee a designated portfolio within one of their top 5 Strategic Accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of cultivating and nurturing robust relationships, including at the CxO level, within existing Lines of Business (LOBs). Additionally, they will demonstrate a knack for expanding into new LOBs by advocating for their solutions and offerings that set the company apart from competitors.
This pivotal role entails driving business growth by increasing wallet share, with a strong emphasis on originating deals and seeing them through to closure.
Past experiences
10-15 years of experience in selling Application, Infrastructure, or Product Engineering services within Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
Demonstrated success in expanding a large global account or portfolio across the East Coast regions.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams to develop and execute growth strategies for accounts.
Strong proficiency in Account Management and Sales practices.
Capabilities
Proficient in fostering team synergy and executing high-energy sales strategies, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates exceptional business acumen, executive presence, and sound judgment.
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to getting tasks done.

Skilled at building active relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including delivery teams, senior management, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities by engaging with customers and showcasing their offerings, solutions, and unique value propositions.
Take ownership of opportunity identification and validation through solution-driven processes.
Lead or participate in proposal development, including proactive proposals and responses to RFP/RFIs.
Present proposals to CXOs and SVPs, gathering formal and informal feedback to address key purchase decision factors.
Develop revenue targets and ensure on-track achievement while prioritizing margin protection.
Enhance client satisfaction by collaborating with delivery teams, resource management, and service lines to exceed customer expectations.
Liaise with the Procurement and Supplier relationship team from the customer organization to facilitate seamless contract management, invoicing, and payments.
