As a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on Integrations & AI Deployments, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex customer integrations across systems like HCM, LMS, and CRM.
With a strong background in working with REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and integration platforms such as Workato, you'll ensure deployments are not only reliable and secure but also scalable and maintainable.
Acting as the technical lead for high-impact enterprise go-lives, you'll expand and strengthen our platform's APIs, developing repeatable, template-based integrations.
This role requires you to define integration patterns, develop tooling, maintain documentation, and establish best practices for quicker deployment using reusable frameworks.
Additionally, you will partner with our product and engineering teams to influence key roadmap decisions.In collaboration with enterprise customers, you will deploy AI-powered needs analysis, mapping required datasets and validating data quality while designing guardrails for AI outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Your implementations will seamlessly integrate into each organization, reflecting your ability to deliver native-feeling systems.With a base in the US and work authorization, you should have over six years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles, and a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex integrations.
Strong API and data pipeline expertise are crucial, complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
With a compensation range of $200,000 to $220,000 per year, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to and grow within a high-growth AI startup.
Responsibilities- Own Complex Customer Integrations
Work with REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and integration platforms (e.g., Workato)
Ensure deployments are reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for customers to maintain
Act as technical lead for high-impact enterprise go-lives
- Build & Productize Integration Surface
Define integration patterns, tooling, documentation, and best practices
Reduce time-to-deployment through reusable frameworks
Partner with product and core engineering to influence roadmap decisions
- Deploy AI Needs Analysis in Real Environments
Map required datasets and validate data quality
Design guardrails for AI outputs (accuracy, safety, compliance)
Deliver implementations that feel native inside each organization
Qualifications
Solutions & Integration Experience
6+ years of professional experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Proven track record owning complex integrations end-to-end
Experience with APIs, webhooks, ETL/data pipelines, and integration platforms
Technical Strength
Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), and enterprise SaaS architectures
Experience with systems like HCM, LMS, CRM platforms
Familiarity with Rails is a plus (not required)
Comfort working with AI/LLM-based systems
Customer & Cross-Functional Ability
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success
Able to balance tactical execution with long-term scalability
