- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Business or Project Management related discipline, ideally with an emphasis on technology.
- 5 years direct work experience in a management capacity.

- Solid ability in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint

This person will perform the role of an Broadband Project Manager. The Broadband Project Manager will oversee the variety of Broadband Infrastructure Projects related to the design and construction of the ON Broadband infrastructure. This project manager will report directly to the Broadband Program Manager and will be responsible for managing the specific of the assigned project(s) and providing periodic scheduled status reports. The intent of the project management is to deliver the project(s) on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for the application of the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet project requirements on time and within budget that satisfy the project scope in a high quality manner.
