Pawhuska 'Die Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH is currently seeking several Referent*innen (w/m/d) for its Think Tank and strategic projects at its location in Cottbus.

The positions are available immediately and on a permanent basis.


The ZUG's Competence Center for Climate Protection in Energy-Intensive Industries (KEI) has been a division of the ZUG in Cottbus since 2019, commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK).

The KEI serves as a project sponsor for the BMWK's "Decarbonization in Industry" funding program and as the National Contact Point for the EU Innovation Fund.

As a Think Tank, the KEI acts as a catalyst and promotes interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral knowledge transfer. Additionally, the KEI coordinates the nationwide network "CDI - Cluster Decarbonization of Industry".

In all of these roles, the KEI covers a wide range of topics related to industrial decarbonization.

As a member of the KEI Think Tank, you will work independently on various scientific and technical questions related to decarbonization in industry.

You will collaborate closely with the industry-specific experts in the project management division and the network colleagues of the CDI.
