Medical Receptionist - Phoenix, United States - PIC

Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist who is Bilingual in Spanish. Individual is responsible for providing excellent customer services in a friendly manner. Individual must be detailed oriented and a "go getter" type attitude.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth, compassion, and demonstrated commitment to exceptional service

Communicate with referring physicians, patients and others by telephone to provide information, answer questions, schedule appointments and call-backs, etc

Complete patient admission process accurately and efficiently.

Maintain business office inventory and medical supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels.

$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
