Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Compliance Officer. This is a Monday through Friday position located in our main branch in Woodsville, NH. The Compliance Officer supports the bank-wide initiative to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and will assist with departmental tasks, which may include duties related to compliance, audits, fraud, vendor management, and BSA.

Compliance Officer Responsibilities:

Develops and administer the regulatory compliance program for the Bank
Provides business unit support to ensure that policies, procedures, training and monitoring are reflective of regulatory requirements
Serves as Internal Audit Manager and oversees the development of the Bank's Audit Program
Primary contact with regulators and auditors and reporting directly to the Audit Committee regarding audit issues
Supervises Compliance Department staff

Compliance Officer Requirements**:

Strong communication skills
Ability to use and learn computerbased systems
Attention to detail
Time management skills, including attention to deadlines
