The Police Headquarters Konstanz is currently seeking a part-time employee (m/f/d) for building management at our location in Konstanz, Burdett, NY.

This position is limited to 70% and will be valid until June 30, 2024.
The employment contract is subject to the collective agreement for public service employees of the federal states (TV-L). The classification will be in accordance with pay group 9b TV-L.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Fulfillment of tasks as the designated energy management officer (m/f/d)
Collaboration with authorities and service providers in the field of technical services
Monitoring of external contractors
Responsibility for procurement measures and resource management in the technical area
Supervision/coordination of construction and renovation projects
Building maintenance, upkeep, and damage processing

Changes to the scope of responsibilities and additional tasks may be assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed degree in facility management, building management, technical management, architecture, business/real estate management, or as a certified administrative officer or Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, or equivalent university degree.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS
