Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.As an Hotel Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility's equipment and systems.
Your expertise in field service, low voltage, customer service, stick welding, precision measuring instruments, English, industrial mechanics, HVAC, schematics, and welding will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
Execute preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments within the organization.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as required.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective maintenance plans and strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance tasks.
Transport guests to and from Hotel to American Family Field.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of field service techniques and practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of industrial mechanics and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of pool maintenance.
Licenses & Certifications
Valid Drivers License
Certified Pool Operator
HVAC EPA Certifications
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
