Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition.
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue treatment at home.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
