We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Procurement Inventory Coordinator to manage procurement processes, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics.

This role focuses on maintaining efficient operations and compliance.


Responsibilities:

1.


Contract and Equipment Management:


  • Analyze contract requirements to aid in Purchase/Lease processes with vendors, ensuring accurate procurement, distribution, and installation of equipment.
  • Create and execute purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement workflows.

Inventory Oversight:


  • Determine and maintain sufficient inventory levels for parts and consumables at all warehouse support locations, adjusting based on additions and removals.
  • Update and manage inventory records for accuracy in data entry.
  • Coordinate with regional field technicians to ensure accurate inventory and receiving across all support locations.

Vendor and Customer Management:


  • Process and oversee purchase requests for dropship orders of consumables.
  • Process and manage warranty claims and replacement equipment through OEM direct portals.
  • Manage vendor relationships for thirdparty logistics and freight, coordinating white glove relocations and installations.
  • Communicate with the Finance Department for inventory and asset procurement approvals.

Warehouse Management:


  • Oversee HQ warehouse operations, ensuring optimal storage solutions, accurate inventory counts, cleanliness, and safety measures.
  • Supervise the warehouse clerk and monitor the release and movement of assets to field technicians.
  • Initiate and track all hardware asset shipments to customers and thirdparty warehouses.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Generate critical reports for management to assess inventory trends, shipment volumes, and ontime delivery metrics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in tech or government contracting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
