What can you expect?

• You will strengthen the team of our customer service representatives (m/f/d) in the back office through cross-sectoral work in the offer, application, contract and claims process for the support of national and international mandates from industry and commerce
• You are the direct contact person for our customers
• You support the field service or management in the acquisition phase as well as in the administrative support of existing customers

What should you bring?

• You have completed a vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable insurance-related qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance industry as well as sound specialist knowledge in the composite sectors
• You have at least very good specialist knowledge in one composite sector
• You independently and reliably handle all known administrative tasks in the contract and claims area
• You are proficient in handling modern IT systems and have very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• You convince with commitment and high motivation as well as resilience and flexibility
• You have social skills and are a team player
