- Accountable for the operational efficiency and service quality against predetermined goals for a market. Validation of weekly motor carrier partner pay
- Reviews cost, quality, and service metrics and works towards continuous improvement
- Acts on deficiencies to ensure workload is assigned to top-performing motor carrier partners. Primary contact for store-related delivery issues
- Address and resolve motor carrier partner inquiries and issues
- Compliance with obligations as per client or third-party agreements
- Professionally coordinate load-out and ensure proper order assignment daily
- Conduct weekly inventory audits. Identify and act on opportunities for increased productivity
- Oversee the day-to-day POD process, including document collection and audits
- Handle all administrative paperwork associated with business activities and ensure compliance
- Engage local motor carriers, adhering to compliance standards and operational efficiency objectives
- Serve as a link between customers, warehousing partners, motor carriers, and the corporate office
- Demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy in issue management and resolution
- Enhance company reputation through collaboration and relationship-building
- Ensure a positive work environment, mentor team members, and manage direct reports
- Complete tasks promptly and maintain professionalism in all communications
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Job Summary:
The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation: The salary range is $71,995 - $115,215. *The final amount depends on factors such as relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, candidates are hired within the designated range.
This role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of the annual base salary.
Work locations will be determined based on business requirements and job functions.
