To strengthen our team in Karlsfeld near Munich at the site of a large truck manufacturer, we are looking for a Dispatcher for Fault Reporting/Helpdesk (m/f/d) in permanent employment starting on May 1st, 2023.

Your mission:

Tackle tasks: Receiving, forwarding, and tracking all technical reports and inquiries; supporting the site management in employee scheduling
Inspire for technology: Recording and processing of fault reports received by email and phone; providing feedback on the processing status
Analyze analytically: Shortterm analysis of technically related faults of all systems
Take responsibility: Followup and documentation of completed services and measures in a softwarebased solution (SAP, CAFM)
Ensure communication: Coordination with all parties involved regarding faults and their resolution
