- Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
- License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use; clinical supervision certification/ licensure required (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and/or similar certification/licensure).
- 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required.
- ASAM experience and knowledge
- 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
