What to expect

As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for handling all inquiries related to IT procurement and IT service provider management for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. departments, service providers).


You will be in charge of the operational procurement of IT services, software, and hardware, including price negotiations, supplier inquiries, and contract negotiations.

In close coordination with internal stakeholders, you will manage and optimize IT contracts.


Additionally, you will oversee the development and improvement of IT service provider management and IT license management, as well as the operational management of IT service providers and suppliers.

What you bring


A degree in a technical or business field or several years of experience in IT contract management and/or IT procurement.

Extensive experience in managing IT suppliers, as well as basic knowledge of ITSM/ticket systems.

A proactive, independent, and communicative work style with a high standard of quality.


Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a strong customer orientation, flexibility, and team spirit.
