- Proven experience as a service plumber or in a similar role
- 2-3 years of service experience is required
- Experience performing plumbing diagnostic services such as camera inspections and leak detections
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Applicants must have good communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in English.
- Must have the ability to be tech savvy
- Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, welding, and soldering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Service Titan experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Prepare and present estimates to prospective customers
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes while performing plumbing tasks
