Your responsibilities:

  • Contact person for management and personnel management in all individual, collective, labor, tariff, and social security law as well as strategic and personnel issues
  • Central support of the works council as negotiator and responsible for mutual exchange of information
  • Preparation and negotiation of works agreements and regulatory agreements
  • Monitoring of employment contracts and other regulations and agreements based on current legislation and case law
  • Steering and advisory function in all matters related to individual and labor law as well as social security law
  • Training and information dissemination to managers and colleagues, as well as distribution of publications on labor and labor law issues
  • Contact person for affiliated companies and external partners, such as employers' associations, union representatives, lawyers, and consultants
  • Support in international projects regarding secondment issues

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed law degree / fully qualified lawyer with a focus on labor law
  • Good expertise in collective labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law
  • Several years of professional experience as a lawyer in a company, law firm, or association
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident appearance and persuasive skills
  • High level of commitment and resilience
  • Business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proficient in using computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • Independent and goaloriented work style
  • Reliable and honest
  • Team player
