- Possesses the ability to work with decimals
- Comfortable working with close tolerances (thousandths)
- Ability to set up your own jobs and run first part
- Ability to adjust programs if preferred

Shields experienced growth in the fourth quarter of 2023 which has carried over into 2024 and we have an immediate opportunity for 1 Entry Level CNC Lathe Machinist on the Swing shift. This team member will carry out a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
