- Ideal Director of Nursing must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

- 4+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing, DON in long term care - must have stable work history, dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
- RN (Registered Nurse) in state of residency, BSN a plus

Harmon Hospital is a 118-bed acute care hospital with 2 skilled nursing home beds located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Our team provides personalized acute care and skilled nursing services designed to consider and address the needs of patient with both behavioral health and medical conditions.
Our campus focuses on the unique needs patient have when challenged with trying to find and engage services within one care setting.
*ABOUT THE POSITION: As Director of Nursing (DON) , you will be responsible for the overall quality clinical outcomes of the facility. Priority one will be quality care, customer service and employee relations. In addition, regulatory management, attracting and retaining top performing talented team members as well as the supervision and career coaching of existing team members on staff.
We are looking for an experience Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility's care-giving team. The successful DON will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities for the facility. Must value safety, security and patient wellness above all else. We strive to provide the best care possible while ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction. The Director of Nursing is responsible for making sure those values are reflected in their staff at all times.
