Sales and Marketing Specialist:
This role offers exciting opportunities in securing lucrative government contracts, making prior experience in the government sector highly desirable.
As a Sales Specialist, you'll spearhead direct communications with both internal and external stakeholders, driving campaigns and meticulously managing contacts and leads.
As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the development and expansion of our business across current and new demographics, aligning with our strategic mission and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Identify and prospect potentials clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social medial platforms.
- Conduct through market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and nurture relations with prospects, guiding them through the sales process from initial contract to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with interna teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and address inquiries or concerns.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Highly motivated, selfdriving, and resultsoriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
Compensation
Base salary compensation will be determined by:
- experience within the healthcare industry, (a focus on surgical care settings preferred)
- successful record within the in sales and marketing industry
Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
