Sales and Marketing Specialist:

This role offers exciting opportunities in securing lucrative government contracts, making prior experience in the government sector highly desirable.

As a Sales Specialist, you'll spearhead direct communications with both internal and external stakeholders, driving campaigns and meticulously managing contacts and leads.


As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the development and expansion of our business across current and new demographics, aligning with our strategic mission and long-term objectives.

Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our brand recognition and fueling our financial growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify and prospect potentials clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social medial platforms.
  • Conduct through market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build and nurture relations with prospects, guiding them through the sales process from initial contract to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with interna teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Highly motivated, selfdriving, and resultsoriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing.

Compensation

Base salary compensation will be determined by:

  • experience within the healthcare industry, (a focus on surgical care settings preferred)
- proven and documented sales completion data
- successful record within the in sales and marketing industry


Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
