- Plan, organize, direct, and lead department assignments within broad objectives
- Research, analyze data, and make recommendations for operational improvements
- Lead research and analysis of data to evaluate trends and issues
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of business, products, and corporate structure
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure goal attainment
- Develop lines of communication and assist in implementing solutions
- Investigate, recommend, and implement solutions for identified problems
- Resolve challenges to fulfill corporate objectives and manage team activities
- Develop reports and materials in a clear and concise manner
- Provide expertise and guidance to staff
- Act as liaison between business areas and participate in discussions
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or related field
- Master's Degree in related field preferred
- Six or more years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related areas
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of software packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong working knowledge of data languages like SAS or SQL
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
