Position Overview: As a CNA Staffing Professional at BrightStar Care of Wellington, you'll have the chance to work with a variety of healthcare settings and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. Whether you prefer a flexible schedule or wish to gain experience in different care environments, this position allows you to explore and excel in your CNA career.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Document patient information, care provided, and any changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.
Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work effectively in diverse teams.
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Must have an AHCA level 2 background screening.
