We are seeking a caregiver to join our team This position requires a person who has a set of principles, values, faith, and an inner calling to serve the elderly.

We are a residential care facility for the elderly, looking to transform this industry by employing a team that is authentic in standing up for those in need and showing respect and love to our residents with memory care challenges.

After all, we're all getting older, and we treat others like we would want to be treated.


Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly with daily living activities: food preparation, medication management, bathing, cleaning etc
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reliable and responsible
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build relationships with residents
• Organized and excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields required.
  Individual selfcare with family members do not count.
• Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law and regulations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Can reliably commute to this job's location
• Can speak English
• California Department of Social Services requires all home health caregivers to be vaccinated against the Covid19 virus

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

• Are you currently in possession of a valid livescan clearance, or are you open to obtaining one? As a licensed organization under the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), we require all caregivers to have a livescan clearance as part of our preemployment screening process.
