We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time for our headquarters in Adlershof. This position offers diverse tasks, short decision-making processes, and long-term prospects. Get to know us and become a part of our family.

Your responsibilities

Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
Creation, management, and maintenance of personnel master data and files
Preparation of contractual documents, references, and certificates
Preparation and transmission of salaryrelevant data to external service providers
Responsible for absence tracking
Correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities, and insurance providers
Creation of statistics, evaluations, and reports
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and time limits
Applicant communication

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a human resources administrator/human resources specialist (m/f) or a comparable degree
Extensive professional experience in the field of human resources
Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
Good knowledge of MS Office and an understanding of
