Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and over 3 years of experience, skilled in calendaring and tracking for multiple individuals, to support a sales team and collaborate with a team of peers.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years related experience.
Experience and knowledge of calendaring and tracking for several individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and sorting mail.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling communications of moderate importance and sensitivity.
Translate thoughts into professional documents using existing material, ensuring logical flow, accuracy in grammar and spelling, and suggesting improvements.
Manage work confidentially, ensuring sensitive company information like new product technology is shared appropriately.
Provide guidance to peers regarding the handling of proprietary information.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
