As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele, both in-store and online, contributing to the success of our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, both instore and via online channels
  • Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the presentation of the store and merchandise displays to reflect the brand's aesthetic
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise to meet customer demands
  • Actively participate in achieving sales targets and goals through proactive selling techniques
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales and customer service is preferred
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers both inperson and online
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
