    Residential Mortgage Loan Originator

The perfect candidate would have experience in mortgage lending and be a top producer with a current book of business and referral partners. Our loan process is very streamlined, allowing you to close your borrowers in as little as 2 weeks.

    Cap One Lending offers a variety of loan programs and products to our customers including but not limited to:

    · Conventional

    · VA

    · FHA

    · USDA

    · DSCR Rental Loans

    · Hard Money Loans

    · Bank Statement Loans

    · Down Payment Assistance

    As an MLO for Cap One Lending your daily responsibilities would include:

    · Fielding your current book of business, referral leads, and company paid leads generated from our direct advertising.

    · Collecting accurate borrower information to complete a mortgage application.

    · Evaluating creditworthiness of potential clients.

    · Guide clients through their mortgage options to best meet their goal.

    · Originating fully compliant, accurate, and complete mortgage loan applications packages to ensure an easy and fast mortgage experience.

    · Working together with our excellent processing team from application to closing to provide top quality customer service and build positive relationships with our clients to match our 5-star expectations.

    · Maintaining relationships with prior clients after closing is made easy with our internal CRM.

    · Maintaining all active NMLS licensing requirements through continued education and meeting all other personal requirements.
