Description
Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement with various departments including Manufacturing, Quality, Global Technical Operations, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement efforts and achieve operational excellence.
Analyze existing processes, develop and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency for increased productivity and cost reduction.
Validate and verify critical systems and processes, collaborating with Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain.
Document and report processes, procedures, change control, and deviations including CAPA activities.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with systems or processes.
Maintain accurate GMP records and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science-related field from an accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Semiconductor, Medical Devices, and/or Pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO
Technical Skills:
Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV), process improvement, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Strong analytical skills, experience in risk assessment, RCA, and problem-solving techniques.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present validation findings and recommendations.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
