Job Overview:
At Fastest Labs, your role with our team will be a dual role with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry and handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.
This position requires a high level of customer service and a positive attitude. No medical experience is necessary, we will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug, alcohol and DNA testing for small to large businesses and individuals. This is a professional setting with a low stress environment with periods of down time. Will require occasional mobile collections, with optional after-hours collections for an additional bonus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script with callers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing.
- Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections.
- Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier.
- Collect payment from clients.
- Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.
- Conduct optional outbound sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers.
- Monitor and inventory testing supplies.
- Daily cleaning of office.
- Faxing, filing, and data entry using QuickBooks Online.
MUSTS:
Ability to withstand contact with urine, saliva, body hair, nails.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented.
21 years of age or older.
Basic computer and customer service skills.
PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY:
Prior sales experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
QuickBooks Online experience
CPC Certified Professional Collector
BAT Breath Alcohol Technician
