As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clientsYour responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products or services.
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adhering to performance metrics and targets related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
