As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products or services.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Adhering to performance metrics and targets related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
