- Elevated Hospitality: Serve as the "go-to" person on the floor, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. Be the welcoming face of our organization, offering assistance, information, and guidance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Real-Time Support: Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors, ensuring meeting organizers and guests have everything they need for a seamless experience. Verify and accommodate room requirements to exceed client expectations.
- Space Optimization: Advocate for our client's hoteling culture and mobile way of working by supporting guests and visitors in securing workspace. Optimize meeting rooms and workspaces to maximize efficiency and utilization.
- Continuous Monitoring: Monitor all meeting rooms for timely participant arrivals and departures, reclaim unused meeting spaces, and ensure optimal room utilization.
- Maintenance and Preparation: Open and close work areas at scheduled times, ensuring a pristine and organized environment. Collaborate with the facility maintenance team to address any issues promptly.
- Customer Engagement: Capture data and report customer interactions to enhance service delivery. Provide a contact card for additional in-meeting support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a service industry role, such as Hotel and Restaurant, Hospitality, or Event Planning, preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and professional demeanor. Ability to navigate clients of every professional level.
