Overview of the Position

You will lead your team together with the department head, significantly shape personnel development, and create the best possible conditions for employees' professional and personal development.
You will develop and implement innovative and patientoriented work and operational processes in your area.
You will further develop the quality management of the department with us.
You will work closely and interprofessionally in a multidisciplinary team in the operating room.
You will work closely and trustingly with the head of the anesthesia functional service, the functional service coordination, the operating room coordination, and the head of the operating room management.
As part of your work in operating room management, it is particularly important to us that you contribute and realize your personal interests whether through participation in symposia, your own publications, or as a speaker.
You are jointly responsible for the optimal care of our patients according to the latest scientific findings and guidelines.

What we are looking for

You have completed training as an anesthesia technical assistant (ATA) or a healthcare and (pediatric) nursing professional (a completed advanced training or a degree in advanced clinical care with a focus on anesthesia
