Store Sales Associate

  • Photo Department

Job Overview:

The Store Sales Associate is a vital part of our sales team in our retail location.

Specifically in the Photo Department, we are looking for experienced Photo Subject Matter Experts to add to the valued customer service environment created by our Sales team.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in professional photography or 2 years experience selling cameras and camera equipment in a retail environment
  • Assessing customers' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
  • Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
  • Knowledge of cameras from entry level consumer models to high end professional cameras
  • Recommending the best products to customers

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Detailed orientated, organized, efficient and computerliterate
  • Excellent communication and retail sales experience
  • Advanced proficiency in cameras and photo equipment
  • Ability to stand and walk on sales floor for 810 hours at a time
  • Bilingual is a big plus

Required schedule:


  • Weekly schedule will include every Saturday off and one day during the work week
