- Serve as the organizations focal for multiple compliance items including, but not limited to:
- QMS and SMS
- Stall, ramp and hangar: compliance, 5s, and process improvement
- Repair Station Compliance
- Training and Certification
- Tool Control
- Engine Run Certification
- Aircraft Deice
- Leverage SMS to help us build, operate, support, and maintain the safest possible products and services.
- Prepares and maintains directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
- Works under general direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ many years of experience developing presentations for leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- 3 years of experience in collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management activities
- 3+ years of experience working with Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM)
