Are you ready to bring the heat to the coolest spot in town? Dive into the vibrant world of poolside fun and join our team at Small Bytes We're on the lookout for energetic and enthusiastic bartenders who love to make a splash and interact with people of all ages, including our littlest guests.

As a Bartender at Small Bytes, you'll be the life of the party, mixing up delicious drinks and serving up smiles under the sun.

We're seeking individuals with a knack for hospitality and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Previous experience in a hotel or hotel pool deck environment, along with bartending skills, are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve a variety of beverages to poolside guests with flair and finesse.

Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, catering to their needs and ensuring a delightful experience for all.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and contribute to the overall ambiance of the pool area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel or hotel pool deck setting preferred.

Proven bartending skills with the ability to craft a wide range of cocktails and mocktails.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest demands.

Must be at least 21 years old and possess relevant certifications as required by local regulations.
