  • This position will support the overall gift card program which includes numerous websites and venues. While primarily focusing on program operations and projects, this role will have exposure to all aspects of the gift card business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and launch new gift cards on various websites
  • Maintain websites by auditing and merchandising gift card assortment
  • Open and manage tickets as necessary for continuous program maintenance
  • Assist with gift card orders and promotional campaigns
  • Review creative assets and update as needed
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program compliance and consistent communication
  • Manage customer service inquiries and assist accordingly
  • Facilitate and process internal gift card requests
  • Perform tests for new gift card products
  • Monitor and track gift card inventory to ensure adequate on hand quantities
  • Understand key metrics and make recommendations for improvement Stay up to date on competitive landscape and industry trends

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • 2+ years of marketing and or/ gift card experience; ecommerce retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Results driven with a passion for innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
