Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.
Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
