- Responsible for establishing test procedures and coordinating testing to ensure the quality level and functionality of a product
- Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including signoffs of quality control data as acceptable
- Have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
- Interact with customers on technical issues and questions
- Provide input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers
- Bachelors degree in engineering, specifically electrical or mechanical
- Have a minimum three to five years engineering experience
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and/or Nuclear industries
- Previous testing services experience preferred

Element has an opportunity for an Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
